Problem Can't start stoneblock 2 server

I can't start the ftb server. Normal server works just fine, but when i run ftb server, it can't start up.

I tried creating new variables, running java as administrator, and reinstalling java, but nothing seemed to work. Also tried downgrading to java 311, but still having the same issue. Any idea?
