Details of the issue when i start my server this meesage comes upp i have downgraded my jave to 7 and reinstalled multipole times. i hvae magaded to start a server before but now i refuses to work.

We appear to be missing one or more essential library files.

Use java 8

Then:
Download this manually:

https://libraries.minecraft.net/net/minecraft/launchwrapper/1.12/launchwrapper-1.12.jar



And put it here:

...\libraries\net\minecraft\launchwrapper\1.12\launchwrapper-1.12.jar



If there is a 0 byte file (or any other), replace it with the fresh one.



Post new log if it still fails.
