Windows .exe Can't see name plates?

Hey all. I just needed to ask for some quick help -- I can't see players nameplates for some reason? The pack I'm using is DireWolf20 and my friend can see them on the same server, so it's not a server thing.

Any assistance is appreciated. I couldn't provide too much detail, sorry! Here's a picture to see if that helps.
