Cant play Infinity

Details of the issue:
I can create a new flat world and the fps will be 0 then 10-30 then 0. Im running on a bootcampped mac on windows 10. It has a dedicated card and can play most games high. with a few ultras. the memory usage in f3 command shows ram reaching maximum within seconds. I can do 2,3,4,or 5 gigs and it reaches max.​
