I'm not aware of any mod that give you a /shop command in the Beyond pack. What makes you think it should be there?

look at the chat, it says i have 60 token, use /shop to use them

Its a server plugin, and I don't think it is compatible with beyond

Yep that looks to be something specific to the server you are playing on. Ask the server operators about your issue with the /shop command.
