Windows .exe Can't Load Any Mod Packs Up

OS:Windows 8
FTB Launcher version:1.2.2
Minecraft Version:1.4.7
Java version:7 u13
Detailed description of the issue / how can the issue be recreated:
When ever i try to use any mod pack it crashes instantly after the Mojang screen
