Can't keep up! Did the system time change, or is the server overloaded? Running 5032ms behind, skipping 100 tick(s)

The server is running on 20GB of ram changed in the settings.bat

set MIN_RAM=20480M
set MAX_RAM=20480M

My PC specs

AMD Ryzen 9 3900X 3.80 GHZ
32GB DDR4 Ram
NVIDIA 2080 Super
1TB NVME SSD

And then sometimes the server just crashes

A single server tick took 60.00 seconds (should be max 0.05)
Considering it to be crashed, server will forcibly shutdown.

What should I do to prevent this from happening?
