Cant get 128x Sphax to work

I downloaded the normal Minecraft texture of it in 128x and added the FTB Add-on into it.
I tried extracting the folder from the .zip file and then adding the files, then re-zipping it too.

64x seems to work perfectly, but 128 is where the problems at...
Any ideas?
