Can't Download The Launcher

I have been trying to download the launcher but I continually get the message I attached below. I first thought it was a problem with chrome but I only get this message when trying to download the FTB launcher. Some fixes I tried was clearing my browsing history and clearing my SSL state but it remains to only be the new launcher I cant download. I also tried to download this from edge and reinstalled chrome to try again but it gives me the same message, for some reason I can download the old launcher but not the new one.
