can't download modpack

Details of the issue:

The Download is extre slow, 10-20KB/s and randomly stops.
This happened on all Modpacks.​

Edit: Made another try today, Now everything works fine.

type "trace ftb.cursecdn.com" and enter
make screenshot of result and post it here.
