Can't create a DireWolf20 1.7.10 Server

Hello guys ! I'm new on FTB (I used to play alot on DNS Techpack) and I would like to start a server with my friends. Sadly, I dont know how to do it. I've search on the Internet and nothing was treating about this subject. So if there's some kind guys in this forum, I hope you can write here how to create one or you can add me on skype : the_amgry428

PS:I've downloaded the server folder but i don't know what to do next
 
You download the server folder, run the server like you would any other server. ACCEPT THE EULA FILE (new thing that you get in 1.7 packs and up). And then restart the server jar/bat
