Can't Connect to my Friends YogCraft Server

So I figured out how to create a FTB Server and I wanted to do YogCraft with my friend because we both watch the Yogscast Sjin's Feed the World, and since I already had a Hamachi server on my computer, I walked my friend through the making of the server. Everything was working and the server was running fine, but when I tried to log on from the FTB Launcher onto the YogCraft server, it said "Can't Reach Server". My friend, on the other hand, was accessing the server perfectly fine. We used Hamachi to set this up and we are connected to each other and the IP is correct, so we have no idea what the problem is. My friend has a perfectly fine time getting on my vanilla Hamachi server, so it's nothing wrong with our connection. Does anybody know what the problem may be?
