Cant' connect since I used /give command

Cant' connect since I used /give command​

Details of the issue:
I used the /give command for a Signalum Crossbow to test something, when the game crashed and since then I can't connect to the server. Other users still can connect.

I deleted all files with my charname, but it didn't help to.
Only with a two days old backup I can connect again, but it will cost us two days of work :(
Is there something else I can do to delete my inventory or get rid of the item?​
 
Did you also remove/rename the file with your uuid.dat?

It should be in the world folder/playerdata - your uuid is d7a0ee8809fe409bb7a400be8a231fb7

If not, try that - or edit it in nbtexplorer and remove the broken item.

I didn't know about this file.
But now I was able to delete the item and can play again :)
