Bug Cannot make a ingot cast in FTB Continuum

I am trying to make an ingot cast so I can get Bronze ingots to make a fuel tank for the Baking Bad quest. I have tried using molten gold and brick, and molten gold with an iron ingot. I also have tried it with aluminium brass. Neither one works, please help!

This is going to sound like a daft question but humour me: how many ingots worth of molten metal are you trying to use to make the cast? Also, have you tried going from the reverse - looking up the ingot cast in JEI/NEI and pressing R to look at recipes, in case there’s anything specific it requires?

You could use a basin to make blocks and then break it down

That would definitely work as a workaround, but I was hoping to nail the source of their issue.

Unless they changed the recipe since, Krakaen’s video from March showed him having no issue using a brick to cast around and aluminum brass - looked like just 1 ingot’s worth, might have been two - as the casting metal, to make an ingot cast.
