Cannot load FTB Builders Paradise

When loading FTB Builders Paradise, the launcher will freeze on phase 6/7 on ModIdMapping - Minecraft Forge. I'm not sure and cannot figure out why it is freezing here.

So far, I've tried restarting my computer, uninstalling and reinstalling the instance, the FTB app, and java, as well as deleting .minecraft
Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you!
