Cannot craft storage blocks in FTB Ultimate

I am starting to have this problem (I do not know if this is a bug with the modpack or not) where I cannot craft any storage blocks (except the ones from RedPower). I have checked the GregTech recipe configuration file and I have all of the useful recipes set to FALSE except the ToolAndArmorMaceration and the WatermillReverseCrafting. Does anybody know what could be causing this problem?
