Can you add world edit to Unleashed 1.1.3?

Thanks to the English language this can be interpreted two ways:

1) Is it possible to add World Edit to Unleashed?

and

2) Will you please add World Edit to Unleashed?

Please clarify.

They probably won't add it cause it has cheaty applications. Because it's not part of normal game play. But mostly because it can be simply added for those few who need it with out any additions to the configs.
