Hello Everyone,
A friend of mine is having some really weird issues. He has been playing monster with us for the past week but today he started having this problem.

Sequence of Events
-Started to notice lag on server (No one else is experiencing this)
-Tries to right click a electric furnace.. Nothing happens
-Gets D/C
-Tries Multiple times to connect
-D/c's after a moment... (Walks a little bit,)
What do we know?
-When hes on the server he can only see a few chunk far... (Chunks don't load?)
-He cannot right click some blocks... Like IC2 stuff
-When we tp him to us. On our screen he is here, on his screen he has not moved.
What have we done?
-Re installed FTB Deleted (Appdata ftblauncher and .minecraft) Deleted FTB install Directory
-Re Installed server config files
-Checked connection to server
-Check with server admins for connection problems.
We are stumped and are looking for help.
