Currently, I am trying to set up a tier 2 solar array from Environmental Tech connected with fluxducts to an energy pylon for a tier 3 energy core from Draconic Evolution, however the Solar array isn't giving power to the energy pylon. My question is can fluxducts transfer redstone flux and forge energy? I don't have any conduits at the moment either.

I am playing on a server in DW20 1.12.2

They can. I had a similar problem when I played the DW20 1.12 pack.
Are you playing the updated one with EnderIO? If so make a capacitor bank and stick it right on the Array's output then connect your fluxduct to that. If not EnderIO then use Thermal Power blocks. I played pre-EnderIO version and had to deal with this. A bit of a pain but the buffer was nice. Without EnderIO though the Tier 4 Array was a bust. Nothing available that could imput and output RF at a high enough level to keep up.
