Butterflies but no cocoons in revelation 2.0

I run a revelation server with my fiance and a friend and since I have used forestry bees since FTB ultimate butterflies were around my bees. When we were on revelation 1.8 my fiance had no issues with butterfly breeding but after we updated to 2.0 no cocoons spawn at all.

I set cocoons to on in the config used a terraformer to make the biome same as last time used the same tree type but still no luck. I have no idea what could be causing this issue perhaps a conflict with a mod newly added in 2.0 that I am unaware of?

Any help would be appreciated
