Hey, if there a way to breed curtain villagers like the Apiarist, Wizard, Blacksmith, Tinkerer and Archivist? I know you can breed villagers but I want to know if i can breed the villagers will the jobs.

nope, not possible as it relies on the vanilla villager breeding mechanic. you can however trap a villager in a safari net from MFR and use the autospawner to spawn exact copies of that villager, though because you're making an exact copy, the trade of the copied villager will be the same of the one in the safari net
If you're going the MFR route, best to just set it to not do an exact copy and keep spawning them until you get the villager type you want with the trade you want. You can even use the excess villagers to boost your emerald supply!
