Summary of the problem Botania: Phantom Lense not working

What is the bug? I equipped phantom lenses to mana spreader, linked up the mana spreader to a mana pool 5 blocks away. The mana spreader charged up but would not send any mana to the pool desite my wand saying they are linked.

Is it repeatable? I'm not sure about other blocks but I cannot get it to pass through oak leaves no matter what angle.
