Hello - I've recently fed a regeant into a Master Ritual Stone for my Ritual of Regeneration - when I fed the regeant in, the master ritual stone started showing a spinning circle that it had never shown before, kind of like what happens when you activate the Ritual of Binding, and then the Regeneration buff went from Regeneration to Regeneration II. TL;DR - it worked.
However, now I just looked at my ritual again after noticing that I was having more trouble filling my health bar, and the black circle is gone, and I'm back down to Regeneration instead of Regen II for the buff. Do you have to fill and refill and refill a MRS?! I was under the impression you fed it once, and it worked forever.
