Summary of the problem Blood Magic blood orb vanishes on death by glass sacrificial dagger

Pack Version Pack Version 1.7.0

What is the bug?

I use the glass sacrificial dagger from Blood Arsenal and die to its bleed damage next to the altar. When I respawn and break my gravestone, my blood orb in inventory disappears.
