Summary of the problem Block of Charcoal from Chisel no longer in ore dictionary

What is the bug? Crafting table recipe of 9 charcoal makes a block of charcoal from the Chise mod, but the Chisel version appears to no longer be included in the ore dictionary for 'blockCharcoal' The Chisel version also does not work as fuel.

Is it repeatable? Yes
Known Fix Placing the charcoal into a compacting storage drawer yields a charcoal block from Actually Additions, which is valid fuel.
