Blast resistant blocks (not blast proof)

Im making a modpack and I need different tiers of blast resistant blocks that can still be broken my something other than nukes (MCHeli for example) but cant find any. The only thing close to it is from the artifice mod, but the higher tiers are indestructible and the lower tiers are still very strong. Any ideas?

I know this question is a bit old. But we'd need to know the mc version you are using. If you go way back to 1.4.7 xycraft had these. And I always found the artifice walls to be a bit buggy with lighting. Using different mods there are endless choices, but for one more to have tiered blast walls is a bit uncommon. Version?

You could probably use something like Quadrum or CustomThings (2 or 3, depending on your mc version) to add blocks like that yourself. But, like scottvee said, we need to know the mc version to give more accurate help.
