Black blocks formed a tree boss and now I'm endlessly crashing

Details of the issue:
That log is a lie, I don't have any log is ignore it.

There were obsidian looking blacks in a big "circle" with gravel surrounding it, and one block I could break which summoned a massive tree boss that laid down, poisoned me and gave me hunger debuff as I ran away, then I crashed and every time I load back in I crash. If you need any more information let me know, thanks in advance. (by crash I mean it just closes everything)​
 
Go to the launcher options and tick "Reopen launcher.... minecraft and now when you crash use the upload button from the console to get a log.
