Biomes O'Plenty, can't find villages

Hi, I've looked for a very wide radius and not found any villages yet. I read that you can change that in the config file, but I don't have a config file for biomes.
All I have are /minecraft/biomesoplenty/biomes/Put biome config files here

Under biomesoplenty folder there are also a biome ids.json, a gameplay cfg and a misc.cfg neither one of which has much of anything in it.

Forgot to mention I have Minecraft 1.9.4 with Forge and Liteloader, all are up to date
 
Maybe check if there are any updates for BoP? Maybe it has been added in a later version. Don't forget that 1.9+ mods are still WIP and it might have not been added yet
