Biomes O Plenty: Two configs?

I noticed that BOP has changed their config file name and location, from "BiomesOPlenty.cfg" to "main.cfg" under the biomesoplenty folder. Problem is, the old one still exists. I also noticed that in the official DW20 1.5 FTB pack, both configs exist! And they have different settings.

Can we say its safe to delete the BiomesOPlenty.cfg file? Does the mod now completely ignore that file?

I don't know if it's safe to delete, but I noticed the same thing playing with it in 1.6.2. The changes in the mod folder went ignored, but the changes to the file in the bop folder actually affected the world.

Another thing I have been noticing with this mod is that the materials are now all "unnamed". The custom wood and various earth blocks. I'm not sure what's going on there but the names are gone.

The unnamed stuff is a bug in that version of BoP. Either updating your pack to 1.1.3 or updating just BoP (to fixed 0.5.9.2 or 0.5.9.3) fixes it
