Biomes o' Plenty No ID Configs

Okay, so my excavator got the auto-smelting upgrade thanks to Iguana Tweaks, and now whenever I mine dirt it creates Dried Dirt from Biomes o' Plenty. I go to the configs to remove dried dirt, but wherever I've looked, there are none. Can someone please tell me if theres a way to remove it from the game?

You can't change an ID to 0 to remove a block from the game anymore because there are no ID's.

Sure there is a way with minetweaker but I don't know how to do it.
