What pack is this? Try deleting your BoP config and letting it regenerate.

when I reset the Ids, It crashes with another mod, hence the ID conflict

Go to your chromaticraft config and change the biome id of the rainbow forest to something like 71-80 (Those may or may not be open, try a bunch until it works)

I assume you've modified it? Try reinstalling it then add your mods, one at a time, until you get the error again.
