I am looking into hosting a FTB server, which is the best server hosts for this? When I say which is the best, I mean in the way of Support, Ease of setup etc.

I've using VeryGames personally for the past year or so. Never had a problem.
Prices are decent, their web interface is easy to use to manage the server, and when once I had a problem with a dodgy VM I was on, they replied to my ticket in a couple of hours.
