So I'm running a small modded Regrowth server (three people) And I've seen people talking about world ending mistakes. I would like to be proactive and install an automatic backup mod. Can anyone suggest a good one for me that will backup automatically, preferably based on amount of time the server is running, not the time of day.

AromaBackup is a fairly popular one. By default, it backs up your world when the server starts and every two hours or so afterward. There's also a command to initiate a manual backup if you're about to spawn a wither or something and want to be able to restore your world, just in case.
