Hello there!

I am new to the forums here and I have been play'n FTB for few weeks now and I must say that I love it on so many levels.
I have only played Infinity, was going to go for Dunewolf20 pack but it lagged my game horrible so I went for Infinity and for some reason i can run that 98% smoothly.. just a few lags here and there and few glitches

Littlebit about myself. I'm 30 years old, I have a 20month old son and a great girlfriend. I am a car mechanic and a computer game lover with more...

I started a world where I got some good setup going but then decided to start a Youtube channel (yeah i know.. one more youtube channel). So i started a new world and am recording few episodes as i go on building up my new world.
Reason for me wanting to make a youtube channel is that few years back I had a Radio show for over 5 years on EvE Radio, a radio station around the game EvE Online, and I love entertaining the masses. however starting a Youtube Let's play series is ofc not easy and I am a bit rusty at speaking English since it's not my native language but I recon I am geting better every episode I make.

I am not epic pro at gaming nor am I epic pro in Minecraft and I mainly just play for fun. meaning my episodes are just for now a noob play'n the game, messing up, making mistakes, and try'n to survive. but it might be enjoyable for some

Hahaha. yeah I know it's kind of strange. I tried multiple worlds and multiple setting changes in the Direwolf20 pack.. but it always gave me around 0,2-1 FPS at most... was horrible!

Installed ifinity and all good from day 1.. don't understand it but from what I can see they are mostly similar. only thing atm that I really want from Direwolf20 that is not in Infinity is the Morph mod

Well, unless you're playing on a server, you could always add it yourself. I play two packs right now, FTB departed, with the additions of like 6 mods, and my private pack for my server. One of the perks of owning the modpack you're server runs is you can modify the mods whenever you want

if direwolf20 has mystcraft and infinity not then I know of at least one thing that could be a problem. Or if infinity has an older version before the profiling
