Basic turtle program

Hello
I need to write a very basic turtle program(make a meele turtle attack unless he receives a redstone signal).
I am familiar to basic programming and I think I need to use an 'until' loop.
The problem is that I don't know the syntax for this kind of program.

When i run this, is there anyway to stop the program on the turtle? Because I cant write anything when i click on the turtle.

Hold it for a couple of seconds, it will automatically terminate the program.

Yes it's Ctrl-T to terminate, hold it down for a couple of seconds.
