Problem Ban Problems, Help!

When I use tekkit customizer with FTB Ultimate and try to ban world anchors (ID 1053) for some reason it bans all the items after it! E.g 1053:1,2,3... Any help would be fantastic please!
 
You clearly forget about the fact that blocks can share the primary ID. Unless you properly specify in the Tekkit Customizer config the secondary ID, it will most likely assume that all items/blocks sharing the primary ID are banned.

Also, why are you banning World Anchors? They are the most balanced form of chunk loader in my opinion.
