FTB Infiniti Evolved Skyblock Expert Mode

Liebes FTB-Support-Team
Leider ist mir das spiel nach ca. 5 Stunden AFK Spielen abgestürzt.
Als ich das Spiel erneut gestartet habe ist mir aufgefallen das diese Welt dabei gelöscht wurde und weis nicht wie ich das automatische Backup wiederherstellen kann.
Könntet Ihr mir bitte bei diesen Problem helfen
