Don't know about the middle faucet unless you stick another redstone clock there, but you can have the hoppers feed into each other then to a chest.

Im trying to work on a automated smeltery, and came up with this so far:

http://i.imgur.com/4jdPI8c.png is there a way to get it all in 1 chest, and make use of the middle casting table too?

You only need one clock. You can just use redstone wires/cables/conduits of any kind(well, even redstone dust I suppose, but don't... Just don't, it sucks...) to send the output along to the other faucets then. Alternately you could simply use a Fluidduct/conduit of some kind in place of the faucet. Most, if not all, can be controlled by redstone, so you can toggle them on and off with a lever.

As for the chest/hoppers, just make the Hoppers chain into each other and the last one into the chest. Alternatively you can use some kind of itemduct/conduit.

I think they'll pour from two blocks up, if so you could have them in a v formation with the clock in the middle.

Don't use the unpressurized fluid conduits from EnderIO. The very last bit of iron/whatever will get stuck in the conduit.

Or redstone cable/conduit/whatever across from the redstone clock to trigger all three faucets.

Put hopper under all three tables. Left and right hopper feed into central hopper that feeds into chest.
