Auras file deleted!

Hi I hav had some problems with loading my server and found out Tht i needed to delete the auras file from all dimensions. I did that and then I could load the world. But now I just realized Tht all the auras nodes had been deleted. How can I bring back the file and still have my world working? Can I just copy paste an auras file from ssp and paste into all the dimensions?
 
Check Thaumcraft 3's config file for the option to regenerate nodes. This feature was designed for worlds created before installing Thaumcraft 3 but it works just as well here.
 
Another option is to simply travel to a new chunk. That should reload the whole network.
 
I tried both things and didn't work as I would've liked it to work.
I checked out the regen nodes on config file and changed to true and still nothing happened.
I also went to a new chunk and yes, aura nodes appeared in the new chunks but still none in the loaded chunks...... Anymore suggestions?
 
Sounds like the data's corrupt rather than missing. :\

Leave the regeneration settings on and delete auras.dat in your save folder.
