Astral Sorcery shift+right click not working

Hello,

I am just getting started in this mod. I have a grindstone which I can put a rock crystal into, and sharpen, but I can't take it out with shift+right click like it says to. I can't find where the keybindings are for this mod, and they are not listed in the controls section. Can anyone help?

playing FTB Direwolf20 1.12
