Are "Dye Trees" disabeling me from farming biomes o' plenty trees?

Hey Guys,
I was looking for a thread for this question but couldn't find one.
I use the Monster pack and was curious if the dye tree mod makes it impossible to get saplings from BoP, since all BoP trees are spawning with the dye leaves. Those leaves only produce dye and the respective dye sapling. So how do I get BoP tree leaves in order to get their saplings? I want their Wood but with dye trees this is randomized as their saplings only grow the coloured leaves with a random type of Wood.

It's not. Dye trees have a random wood and random color leaves. To get BoP trees, you have to go to the right biome.

But for example I looked everywhere around jungles
for an Amaranth tree and all of them have colour leaves instead of Amaranth leaves.

I think you can blacklist woods/trees from the dye trees configs.
