I have a server with som friends. I i have an enderchest hooked up the the ME sytem, trough a import bus running at full speed. Then i have an ender pounch that i use to drop stuff in, but when i do some things seems to disappear. I have just noticed it on TC items?
 
Is sometimes hard to search for that because of the odd naming... Set to list by number of items in the terminal and manually go through all items you have only one of. If you still can't find it check if you have a "fuzzy" export bus somewhere.
