Hello,
I am have successfully created a starting Ae network and I am currently pumping in items through a quarry. I however want to send coal into the quarry engines without completely emptying my coal supply. Is there any way to set so that all coal I have above 2 stacks gets sent into the quarries?

Yes, using a level emitter and a redstone card. Configure an export bus to export only with a redstone signal, and configure the level emitter to emit when you have more than 2 stacks of coal. That should do the trick.
