Anyway to Delete a item in inventory?

Playing FTB Unleashed 1.1.1 and tried to move my quarry setup. Used a force wrench on energy tesseract, item tesseract, red energy cell, but it seems that the energy tesseract is making me crash each time i hover over the item. Was wondering if anyone knew how to delete the item in my inventory outside of minecraft?

As an impromptu fix you could change the IDs of the aforementioned items. That way the pointer they currently reference will be nothing.

This is not guaranteed to fix it but it could work.

You can delete your entire inventory by deleting your player.dat file. I believe this also resets you to spawn.

The file path will resemble this
C:\Users\Ashley\Desktop\FTB\Ultimate\minecraft\saves\Game\players
