Anyone played with Biome Tweaker?

Like the title says has anyone messed with Biome Tweaker? Trying to find a mod that i can change the frequencie of what biomes appear. I know i can use climatecontrol/geogrcraft but i just can get the land masses right with that either to much ocean or not enough ocean. So was wondering if biome tweaker could do this without changing the way vanilla or BOP generates the world.
