Problem Anyone having trouble with Narrator in MC 1.12 not staying off?

It is rather annoying for the narrator to keep turning back on. It seems to happen every time I checkout waypoints on Journey map. I can see many good uses for a narrator, but there are times as you can understand when one would not want the narrator speaking up.
I know I can turn it off in chat options and also use Ctrl + b, but this is only temporary.
 
Solved: Ctrl + B is the used with narrator control, a vanilla Minecraft default key. Journey Map also sets Ctrl + B as a default for Waypiont manager. I simply went into Minecraft Options/Controls/Journey Map/Waypoint Manager and changed it to Ctrl + N.
In short, I had a keyboard control conflict.
