Anyone else with terribly slow world rendering ? (dw20)

Hai. Played Ftb direwolf20 pack since the release of it. No problems at all.
When it updated to 5.0.1 my world started to render terribly slow. Faster if i pressed esc and waited.
When i start a brand new world. I get about 50by50 blocks rendered and it loads so slow that i can outrun the world generation.

Tried both with and without optifine and with and without texture packs. same problem.

Also tried completly deleting ftb and a fresh reinstall. Nothing works. Even given the game up 16gb ram. and changed hardrive to my ssd drive. Nothing make the game load faster.

Also gone back to modpack version 4 and even disabled extrabiomes to see if thats the issue

I have done nothing to my computer. Not installed new software. Not removed any. Not updated any. Not changed any parts in the computer. Also completly virus and malware free.

atm i cant play at all and its getting frustrating. The problems happened after the 5.0.1 update and it isnt resolved by downgrading modpack. So thats weird.

Any tips here ?

ya i have this as well but ive had it since ive use FTB so i though it was a vanilla minecraft thing.

-forgot to mention i have a 1 gig nvidia 550ti GPU and a 3.2 GHZ quad

I'm having a similar issue for the first time. It only started after moving to the 5.1.1 DW20 pack. I run my server on the same machine I play on. Haven't found the cause yet.

I'm running 8 cores with 16 gigs of memory and SLI video. I never see the server or client taking more than a single core.
