Any easy way of transferring items to New World besides just manually spawning them in?

EnderStorage.

Just put in Enderchests.

Copy the folder out.

Make new world and copy of folder in.

Spawn the chests and color code as required to get your loot back.

And I will add if you feel bad about the free enderchests you can always toss them in lava when your done.

Personally I'd just say screw it and start from scratch it makes the game more fun to start over instead of having a huge stock pile.

I figure you'd only do the above for manufactured items that you have a few of (less than a stack perhaps). Your 1024 stacks of cobble you might as well manually spawn with NEI

If you dont want the technical way, you can go into cheat mode in NEI, Fill your inventory up with your crap, save it, empty your inventory, fill it again with other items, and save it to load 2, rinse and repeat till 10, then you can go into your new world and dump all yo shiz into chests, then go into your old world and repeat. Much more easier to understand if you have never modded or messed with any of that stuff.

I always start over when I create a new world. Things might have changed so I get to know about them when I encounter them instead of trying to figure out why something doesn't work anymore when it has worked fine until you updated.
