Any block affected by gravity

I am currently using Direwolf20 on my server. Out off all the mods it includes or all the mods out there

Are there any mods where I can make a block, have it look like ANY block, but be affect by gravity like sand is? I have been searching everywhere however I believe I may not be wording it properly? All help is greatly appreciated

You should be able to use the Ender IO painting machine to make sand or gravel look like almost any other block.
