Windows .exe Another problem logging onto minecraft :(

I can now get past the patcher... but now it won't let me into the serve i'm on... here are the notes...

I know it says probably due to unsuccessful connection to the server... but it it isn't my connection ( my friend is on the same internet and server as me). Any help would be appreciated

Your Java is out of date, your launcher is not in a folder.
Those issues should be fixed first, and it may solve your problem.
